Monica Hammond

CEO of The TheaterMakers Studio & Marketing Professional 

Monica Hammond is a Producer, Playwright, Serial Entrepreneur and Theatrical Marketing Professional. She is the Founder of Big Leap Brands, a Marketing and Consulting Agency designed to help Experts, Coaches, Consultants, and Speakers take their expertise to the next level. She is also the Founder and CEO of Broadway Murder Mysteries and Curious Custom. She is the Creator, Playwright and Producer of The Spirits' Speakeasy and former Artistic Associate of The Attic Theater Company, which produced dozens of shows in New York City for its decade-long span. Before becoming CEO of The TheaterMakers Studio, Monica held the role of Director of Marketing for Tony Award-Winning Broadway Producer, Ken Davenport for nearly a decade, working on various Broadway and Off-Broadway shows, including but not limited to, the Tony Award-Winning revival of Once On This Island, A Beautiful Noise: The Neil Diamond Musical, Deaf West’s Spring Awakening, It’s Only A Play, Gettin’ The Band Back Together, as well as the National Tour of A Night With Janis Joplin. Off Broadway: André & Dorine, Tammany Hall, That Bachelorette Show, The Awesome 80s Prom, Daddy Long Legs, Sesame Street The Musical, Clowns Like Me, and more.

Eric Webb 

Writer & Dramaturg 

Eric Webb is a NYC based writer and dramaturg whose plays and musicals have been produced in NYC and Tokyo. As a dramaturg, Eric has worked with The TheaterMakers Studio and Ken Davenport since 2013 as Director of Creative Development, aiding hundreds of writers and composers in achieving their goals of moving from the page to the stage. Eric also previously served as Artistic Director for March Forth Productions, Literary and Marketing Manager for La Vie Productions, and Dramaturg for Young Playwrights, Inc. Writing projects in development include Rise (with composer Scott Wilkinson), Breakup - The Musical (with composer Stephanie Bianchi), and Thompson/Gifford. Previous writing credits include #JustBeYou (Random Farms Kids’ Theater, JOY Kids’ Theater), A White Man’s Guide to Rikers Island (Players Theater, Gene Frankel Theater), “Orion” (short film), The Angels of Mons (March Forth Productions/Horse Trade at Theater Under St. Marks).

Jonathan Hogue 

Producer, Writer & Director  

Jonathan Hogue is a Tony Award-nominated Broadway Producer and two-time Drama Desk-nominated Writer/Composer with speciality in new work development and creative branding from nearly a decade in Executive, Administrative, and Marketing positions for Broadway & regional theatre, advertising, and NYC live events. He is the Creator and Lead Producer of Stranger Sings! The Parody Musical (Book, Music & Lyrics), a parody of the Netflix series Stranger Things, which completed a hit nine-month off-Broadway run in 2023 and launched international runs in the UK, Australia, Spain, Brazil, Canada, and across the US (Drama Desk 2023 Nominee for Outstanding Book, Lyrics, and Scenic Design of a Musical; Off-Broadway Alliance 2023 Nom - Best New Musical; 7 BroadwayWorld 2021 Awards including Best New Musical). Other producing credits: The Queen of Versailles, Illinoise, How To Dance In Ohio, and Golem Owned A Tropical Smoothie. He has been featured in publications such as The New York Times, Forbes, The New Yorker, The Huffington Post, and Time Out New York, and has received rave reviews and awards for his various productions in NYC and around the world. Outside of producing, Jonathan works in General Management for 101 Productions supporting many Broadway productions (An Enemy of the People, Appropriate, Smash, Cabaret at the Kit Kat Club, among others), and has also served as a reader for TRU Voices and the Williamstown Theatre Festival Weissberger New Play Awards. He holds a MFA in Theatre Management & Producing from Columbia University, and is a proud member of the Broadway League. For more info, visit JonathanHogue.com.
